Estimated shipping times

We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
All dispatch times and delivery dates are estimated dates which we will use reasonable endeavours to achieve.
Most items are despatched within 2 working days, but please allow 2 weeks for despatch. If you wish urgent despatch of your item, please add a message to your order, and we will get back to you.
We use Royal Mail for most items. A courier (normally Hermes) will be used for larger items, we will notify you when dispatched.
You must accept delivery of all goods which are ordered.
IF you require your item to be tracked through the post, you must select the option to upgrade your delivery.
Parcels are covered by £20 insurance, as standard, if you require additional insurance, please contact us to upgrade.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & Exchanges
We will gladly accept returns and exchanges.
Just contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 21 days of delivery
We do not accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Custom and personalised orders
Custom Orders - All Artwork, Design, and Stitch files produced by us in preparation for stitching will remain the property of the Vendor.
We will rely upon your orders being correct when ordering, especially custom orders that may include wording, please ensure you have given the correct spelling. Custom items cannot be refunded.
All sizes are approximate. We are happy to supply actual size information, it will then be your responsibility to decide if the item will fit. e.g. actual size does not allow for movement.
Garments are designed to fit a particular size, but we are all individuals, some people like their garments baggy, others prefer them tighter.
These recommendations are generalised, and based on the lowest requirement of any of our garments.
Wash garments inside out, Ironed inside out, and not tumble dried.
Some garments are supplied with wash instructions.
If you require more details about wash instructions of your particular item, please contact us.
Mugs can be washed in a dishwasher, print should last up to 800 washes, but this will depend on your detergent.
Gift wrapping and packaging
99% of our items are sent out in new self seal Purple plastic packaging.
We ensure that all overseas parcels have 2 labels with the customers address stuck, and secured with sticky tape, to the parcels. Should one address label become detached, a second should hopefully remain in tact.
All overseas parcels include an invoice/packaging slip detailing the sender and recipient.
We are happy to add a personal message, a small gift card, or gift wrap your items. *There may be an additional charge*
If your item is a gift, please let us know, so we can exclude the part of the invoice that details the sale price.
All sizes, colours, shades, and materials of goods may vary to a
minor extent from those stated. All goods are subject to availability. We may cancel an order, or offer suitable alternative items, if the goods ordered are out of stock or no longer available.
When ordering an item in a particular colourway, we will use those colours in your item decoration, they may differ from pictures provided, as items are made individually using shades available at the time.
