The Flower of Life can be found in all major religions in the world. The Temple of Osiris at Abydos, Egypt contains the oldest example and is thought to date from between 200 to 400 CE. It is made up of 19 complete circles and 36 partial circular arcs, enclosed by a large circle. Considered by some to be a symbol of sacred geometry it is said to contain ancient, religious value depicting the fundamental forms of time and space.
