Dramatic black provides the background for some seriously lovely embellishment on our pixie velvet wrap skirt, short and sweet with a flattering A line silhouette. The pointed handkerchief hem is very pretty and the décor is the icing on the cake, bringing vivid pale greens and blues into play along with cool metal poppers for a funky hippy effect.
